Subscription Policy

By purchasing a subscription from Alterity®, you agree to the following terms:

How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and delivery frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

Minimum Subscription Commitment

All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of one (1) billing cycle.

Once a subscription order is placed, it cannot be canceled before the first month is completed. The initial subscription charge is non-refundable once processed.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time after the first billing cycle.

Your order confirmation emails include links to your order, where you can manage your subscription directly. Cancellations must be made before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following shipment.

If a renewal has already been processed, that order will still be fulfilled, and the cancellation will apply to future charges only.
